Cabaser 0.5 mg [10 Tabs, Platinum Biotech]

Caberlin Tablets (Cabergoline) - Product InformationCaberlin tablets are a dopaminergic medication which contains Cabergoline as the active ingredient. Caberlin tablets basically function as dopamine receptor agonist to reduce the amount of the female hormone called prolactin, which is secreted by the pituitary gland. Cabergoline supplements the level of dopamine neurotransmitter in the brain. Cabergoline tablets (Caberlin) are prescribed as oral therapy in the treatment of disorders which are caused due to high blood levels of prolactin hormone, a condition known as hyperprolactinemia. High blood level of prolactin hormone results in various medical conditions such as persistent breast milk production, lack of a menstrual period, infertility, and other symptoms.Caberlin tablets are also recommended as treatment in Parkinson's disease. Generic Dostinex tablets are also used by bodybuilders in professional bodybuilding and weight-training athletes during anabolic steroid cycles to increase muscle mass. Caberlin tablets are also used by bodybuilders to decrease the side effects such as gynecomastia that develop due to the administration of anabolic steroids. In our online pharmacy, Caberlin tablets are available in the strength of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg of Cabergoline. We also have in stock Fertomid tablets (Generic Clomid) which is used for the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction in women who wish to become pregnant.Drug NameCaberlin tablets. Other brand names for Cabergoline tablets include Actualene, Agalates, Cabaser, Cabaseril, Cabergolek, Cabergolin, Cabergolina, Cabergolinum, Caberpar, Cabeser, Cabest, Cieldom, Galastop, Kabergolin, Lac stop, Lactamax, Lactovet, Prolastat, Sogilen, Sostilar, Triaspar.Active Pharmaceutical IngredientThe active pharmaceutical ingredient in Caberlin tablets is Cabergoline. Each Caberlin tablet contains either 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg of Cabergoline. The inactive ingredients present in Caberlin pills are leucine, USP, and lactose, NF.What are Caberlin Tablets Used For?Caberlin 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg tablets, manufactured by Sun Pharma, contain Cabergoline which acts as a dopamine receptor agonist. Caberlin tablets are typically administered as oral therapy to reduce the blood level of prolactin hormone in patients who are diagnosed with abnormally elevated levels of prolactin, a medical condition termed as hyperprolactinemia. Hyperprolactinemia occurs due to the presence of a non-cancerous swelling (tumor) in the pituitary gland. Caberlin tablets treat the symptoms of hyperprolactinemia such as production of excess breast milk after childbirth, missed periods, difficulty in conceiving, reduced fertility, and bone loss. In men, high prolactin levels result in enlarged breast tissue and decreased sexual ability/desire. Cabergoline tablets exert its mechanism by inhibiting the secretion of prolactin hormone from the pituitary gland. Caberlin tablets are used to prevent the synthesis of breast milk after childbirth, if the mother does not wish to start or continue nursing an infant.Treatment with Caberlin tablets is usually recommended in patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a mental disorder in which there is a decrease in the transmission of the dopamine neurotransmitter in the brain resulting in symptoms such as body stiffness, shaking (tremor), reduced muscle control, imbalance, and sluggish body movement. Generic Dostinex tablets effectively increase the dopamine transmission in the brain thus treating the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Bodybuilders use Caberlin tablets (Cabergoline tablets) along with other supplements in the dietary regime to achieve increased muscle mass and weight loss by getting rid of excessive body fat. Using Caberlin tablets, weight training professionals and bodybuilders can decrease the development of gynecomastia (breast enlargement) that arises as a side effect of anabolic steroids such as Nandrolones and Trenbolones.Caberlin Dosage - How to Take Cabergoline Tablets? You should use Caberlin tablets (Cabergoline) exactly as recommended by your doctor. Your doctor may suggest a dosage of Caberlin tablets depending on your medical condition, body weight, other medical conditions, and current medications. Cabergoline should be taken once or twice a day with a glass of water, after a meal to avoid indigestion problems. Try to maintain a regular schedule for the medication such that you take Generic Dostinex tablets at the same time every day, to get the maximum benefit of the medication.Doctors usually recommend a dosage of 0.25 mg Caberlin tablet (Cabergoline) twice a week. Your doctor will gradually increase the dosage of Caberlin tablets over the next few months depending on your blood levels of prolactin hormone to reduce the incidence of side effects. Treatment with Generic Dostinex tablets should be continued for a period of six months after the blood prolactin level reaches the normal levels. You may need to monitor your prolactin levels through frequent blood tests to check the efficacy of Cabergoline tablets. The recommended daily dosage of Generic Dostinex tablets in women who want to prevent lactation immediately after childbirth is 1 mg of Caberlin tablets on the first day after delivery. Women who wish to stop breastfeeding after they have started lactation should be administered a dosage of 0.25 mg Caberlin tablets every 12 hours for 2 days. The recommended dosage of Caberlin tablets (Generic Dostinex tablets) for bodybuilding purposes is usually 0.25 mg twice a week. The maximum possible dosage is 1 mg twice a week. A dosage greater than 1 mg of Cabergoline tablets may result in adverse reactions.Caberlin Mechanism of Action - How Does Cabergoline Work?Caberlin (Generic Dostinex tablets) is a synthetic medication which behaves like a dopamine receptor agonist. Cabergoline treatment mimics the properties of dopamine neurotransmitter resulting in the effective inhibition of prolactin hormone secretion by the pituitary gland. Certain people have a high level of prolactin hormone in their body due to the presence of a swelling or non-cancerous tumor in the pituitary gland. This condition is medically termed as hyperprolactinemia.Prolactin hormone is responsible for the synthesis and secretion of breast milk in women, fertility, and menstruation in women. Elevated levels of prolactin hormone in men results in a medical condition known as gynecomastia, which is characterized by the presence of enlarged breast tissue. By inhibiting prolactin, Caberlin tablets effectively treat these indications of hyperprolactinemia.Anabolic steroid usage increases the estrogen levels in the body resulting in higher blood levels of other associated female hormones such as prolactin. In men, Caberlin tablets helps to restore the testosterone levels back in the body resulting in an increase in muscle mass and leaner body structure. Caberlin tablets also decrease the prolactin hormone level which is responsible for the development of gynecomastia (breast enlargement) in males.Caberlin Tablets - Missed Dose.If you miss your regular dose of Caberlin tablets (Generic Dostinex tablets), take it as soon as you remember. You can continue your regular schedule the next day. If you remember the missed Caberlin tablets the next day, take your regular dose and skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to compensate the missed dose of Caberlin tablets.Storage Instructions for Caberlin TabletsStore the pack of Caberlin tablets (Generic Dostinex) at room temperature (20 - 25°C), protected from heat, moisture, and sunlight. Cabaser 1 mg [20 Tabs, Pfizer]

Brand name: Cabaser 1mgActive ingredient (generic name): CabergulineManufacturer: PfizerImporter: Behestan DarouPharmacotherapeutic group: dopamine agonistsPharmaceutical form: 1 mg TabletPharmacodynamic:  Cabaser is a dopaminergic ergoline derivative endowed with potent and long-lasting dopamine D2 receptor agonist properties. The effect is prompt (within 3 hours of administration) and persistent (up to 7-28 days). The PRL-lowering effect is dose-related both in terms of degree of effect and duration of action.  Cabaser is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. The tablets contain the active ingredient Cabergoline which acts in a similar way to a chemical in the body called dopamine. Patients with Parkinson’s disease do not have enough of this chemical. Pharmacokinetic:The pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of Cabaser have been studied in healthy volunteers of both sexes, in female hyperprolactinemic patients and in parkinsonian patients. After oral administration of the labelled compound, radioactivity was rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract as the peak of radioactivity in plasma was between 0.5 and 4 hours. Ten days after administration about 18/20% and 55/72% of the radioactive dose (3H-cabergoline/14C-cabergoline) was recovered in urine and faeces, respectively. The low urinary excretion of unchanged Cabaser has been confirmed also in studies with non-radioactive product. The elimination half-life of Cabaser, estimated from urinary excretion rates, is long (63-68 hours in healthy volunteers, 79-115 hours in hyperprolactinemic patients).Food does not appear to affect absorption and disposition of Cabaser. Since the tolerability of dopaminergic agents is improved when administered with food, it is recommended that Cabaser be taken with meals.  Therapeutic indication:If treatment with a dopamine agonist is being considered, cabergoline is indicated as second line therapy in patients who are intolerant or fail treatment with a non-ergot compound, as monotherapy, or as adjunctive treatment to levodopa plus dopa-decarboxylase inhibitor, in the management of the signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Dosage and administration:As expected for dopamine agonists, dose response for both efficacy and side effects appears to be linked to individual sensitivity. Optimization of dose should be obtained through slow initial dose titration, from starting doses of 1 mg daily. The dosage of concurrent levodopa may be gradually decreased, while the dosage of Cabaser is increased, until the optimum balance is determined. In view of the long half-life of the compound, increments of the daily dose of 0.5-1 mg should be done at weekly (initial weeks) or bi-weekly intervals, up to optimal doses. The recommended therapeutic dosage is 2 to 3 mg/day for patients with signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Cabaser should be given as a single daily dose.Use in childrenThe safety and efficacy of Cabaser have not been investigated in children as Parkinson's disease does not affect this population. Adverse reaction:The most common adverse events are gastrointestinal disorders, peripheral edema, Constipation, dyspepsia, gastritis, vomiting, dizziness, dyskinesia Confusion, and hallucinations. Contraindication:Hypersensitivity to Cabaser, any excipient of the product, or any ergot alkaloid.History of pulmonary, pericardial and retroperitoneal fibrotic disorders. For long-term treatment: Evidence of cardiac valvulopathy as determined by pre-treatment echocardiography. Pharmacokinetic interactionsAs with other ergot derivatives, Cabaser should be given with caution to patients with severe cardiovascular disease, Raynaud's syndrome, peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, or with a history of serious, particularly psychotic, mental disorders.Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. Pregnancy and lactation:In a twelve year observational study on pregnancy outcomes following cabergoline therapy, information is available on 256 pregnancies. Seventeen of these 256 pregnancies (6.6%) eventuated in major congenital malformations or abortion. Information is available on 23/258 infants who had a total of 27 neonatal abnormalities, both major and minor. Musculoskeletal malformations were the most common neonatal abnormality (10), followed by cardio-pulmonary abnormalities (5). There is no information on perinatal disorders or long-term development of infants exposed to intra-uterine cabergoline. Based on recent published literature, the prevalence of major congenital malformations in the general population has been reported to be 6.9% or greater. Rates of congenital abnormality vary between different populations. It is not possible to accurately determine if there is an increased risk as no control group was included. Storage temperature:  keep in room temperature (15-25 C) away from sunlight and moisture...
